A leading acute care hospital located in southern Massachusetts is now seeking an experienced Medical Director Surgical Services to join their award-winning healthcare team. This 200-bed acute care facility is known to offer exceptional patient care to the surrounding communities and offers a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services. This organization supports more than 300 physicians and consulting staff and has proudly received national accreditation by DNV-GL Healthcare in regards to patient safety standards. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director Surgical Services acts as a practicing physician leader and provides medical oversight to all operations within the operating suite. Responsibilities include coordinating department operations, ensuring excellent patient care, enhancing productivity within the department, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. This position is equally split between clinical and administrative responsibilities. What s Needed to Succeed:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Medicine
• License to practice as a Surgeon or Anesthesiologist
• Prior leadership experience is a plus!
