Job SummaryAs a Medical Assistant/Clinical Office Coordinator at Emerson Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting our endocrinology team. This dynamic position requires a strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients during office visits, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient electronic records.
• Support the physician(s) with clinical and administrative duties, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with medical records, orders, and other administrative tasks to maintain a high level of productivity.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred.
  • Two to Four years of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician's office preferred.
  • State Certification preferred; Certified in electronic orders entry.
