SEM & Paid Social.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize SEM and Paid Social campaigns, ensuring they
meet established KPIs
Conceptualize and execute A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency
and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing
strategies and share performance insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEM and
Paid Social
Proven experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like
Google Ads and Meta
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven campaign
optimization
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC,
ROAS)
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance
