The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings and 2 years of management experience. They will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing Services, overseeing daily staffing processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice, coordinate and direct the total planning for nursing services, and assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting of new nursing staff.

The Nursing Director will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records, maintain a flexible work schedule to address unpredictable needs, and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
