About the Role:Nursing Director - Patient Care AdvocateThis position is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with management responsibilities and maintaining the quality of care. Key duties include conducting weekly wound/skin rounds, ensuring compliance and effective communication with nursing staff, meeting residents' medical needs, and coordinating nursing services.Requirements:

Current State RN license
Minimum 3 years' experience in Long-Term Care settings
2 years of management experience preferred
Excellent communication skills required
