are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Program Manager to join
our team. You will function as an individual contributor, but with
great empowerment and responsibility to ensure our technology
roadmap is successfully planned and delivered in order to bring
enormous value and enablement to our customers and business
stakeholders by driving extremely high-quality product improvement
technology releases, with rigor on timing and
budget.Responsibilities:
- Align stakeholders from all company areas to ensure business
and technical requirements and key milestones and delivery plans
achieve enterprise vision.
- Facilitate the collaboration of the Product Owner and
stakeholders such that all work is known, scheduled and
communicated such that the business can make effective strategic
planning and budgeting decisions.
- Facilitate complete and robust documentation of all
requirements, acceptance criteria and work breakdown in Azure
DevOps by product stakeholders, business analysts and technical
architects.
- Identify and manage key gaps between teams, processes, and
systems, using associated risk assessments.
- Produce and manage detailed plans and artifacts that provide
the business with clear visibility to all planned deliveries.
- Manage the ongoing program portfolio execution maintaining
adherence to roadmap milestone commitments.
- Analyze, communicate, and manage risks such that all are
properly eliminated or effectively mitigated.
- Provide indirect leadership for teams, morale, and
sustainability with coaching or mentoring.
- Develop, maintain and publish people resource plans for all
projects.
- Develop, maintain and publish demo and training materials for
all projects.
- Develop, maintain and publish UAT test plans for all
projects.
- Identify and manage key gaps and risks between vendors, teams,
processes, and systems, using associated risk assessments.
- Drive continuous and measurable execution improvements for all
projects.
- Produce KPIs measurement reports for all project aspects at
both team and individual levels.
- Facilitation of all relevant project ceremonies, discussions,
and meetings for all inside and outside discussions.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or software-related
fields, or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of 15+ years of project management, including planning
and execution with distributed remote teams.
- Minimum of 15+ years in a cross-functional technology-focused
environment, aligning and managing business and technical
stakeholders from entry-level to C-suite level.
- Minimum of 15+ years minimum as an Agile practitioner in the
software industry.
- Current project management certifications such as PMP or
related, similar credentials.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or software-related
fields, or equivalent related experience.
- A basic understanding of the alternative/specialty lending
space, or another finance product area is a plus.Interested in
