Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, QA to lead and
enhance quality assurance practices within their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a
high-performance environment
Develop and implement QA strategies focusing on automation and
product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality
practices into the SDLC
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in Quality Assurance with expertise in manual
and automated testing
5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
overseeing QA teams
Proficient in QA automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress,
and Appium
Experience working in an Engineering Leadership organization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile development environments
