Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Design to lead
multi-disciplinary teams in building product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process from problem definition to
implementation
Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure high-impact
product execution
Create and grow a team of best-in-class designers focused on
customer needs
Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience leading or managing a design
team
A portfolio showcasing successful products designed by yourself or
your team
A customer-centered approach to product design
Experience collaborating with product managers, engineering, and
marketing
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced
environment
