• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in environmental field service or construction
• Leadership/supervisor experience preferred
• Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred
• Ability to travel and understanding of equipment operations
