Platform Support, Operations & Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team for platform support, QA automation, and
operations
Define and operationalize production support processes to ensure
system availability
Oversee the scalability and security of core business application
platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
10+ years of experience managing business systems, focusing on
Salesforce and Workday
Strong experience in platform operations and QA automation
Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management
Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation and Salesforce
Administrator
