Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Government Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Disclosure Statement (DS), Forward Pricing Rate
Proposal (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submission (ICS)
Research compliance issues and interpret government regulations
(CAS, FAR/DFARS) to provide recommendations
Interface with DCMA and DCAA regarding compliance matters and
support internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a
minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree
with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or 13 years of
prior related experience in lieu of a degree
Experience at a defense contractor or government agency is
preferred
Demonstrated ability to prepare adequate DS, FPRP, and ICS
submissions
Ability to interpret and apply CAS, FAR/DFARS regulations
Proficient experience working with PeopleSoft is a plus
