Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care using the nursing process to assess,
diagnose, plan, and evaluate individualized care.Use critical
thinking to anticipate patient needs and adapt care plans as
needed.Advocate for patient autonomy and well-being in line with
the ANA Code of Ethics.Collaborate with our experienced care team
and take an active role in decision-making and patient care
improvement.Engage in ongoing professional development and
mentorship, helping to shape the future of nursing.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN with 1+ years'
experience or ADN with 2+ years' experience).Current RN licensure
in New Hampshire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,
with additional certifications depending on the unit.
