Job Description:
A company is looking for a NP/PA for Virtual Health Assessments
(1099).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual health assessment appointments reviewing members'
medical diagnoses, medications, and health history
Review suspected conditions for Risk Adjustment purposes
Identify and close HEDIS gaps to ensure members receive appropriate
preventative care
Required Qualifications
DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
Compact RN license (if an APRN)
3+ years of primary care experience
2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
