Worksite Customer Experience Team Job Category: Operations Job Title: Business Operations Consultant 3

Duties: Under general supervision , responsible for performing User Acceptance testing, procedure writing for supplemental health (Accident & Critical Illness) billing products. This role will also be responsible for workflow analysis and operations subject matter expert for premium accounting, lockbox monitoring and out of balance research.
