Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll
processes and provide customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain payroll-related accounts and ensure timely and accurate
processing of multi-state payroll
Process and maintain records for payroll transactions, including
salary changes and terminations
Collect and verify new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with
payroll and timekeeping systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in payroll processing and
related tasks
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll
Professional (CPP) preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
Working knowledge of payroll systems and compliance with labor
regulations
