Job DescriptionPartner with internal and external project teams
to strategize solution enhancements and drive solution
implementation strategiesManage complex client projects in
environments with a high degree of variability that require
influence to achieve targeted outcomesAccountable for external
client relationshipAct as an escalation point for client and
project risksDesign content for solution training collateralAssist
internal and external teams with complex solution configuration,
testing, and troubleshootingIdentify risk areas and provide
alternate strategies to leadership that address concernsObtain

QualificationsAt least 8 years total combined related work
experience and completed higher education, including:At least 2
years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT
support, project/program management, client relationship management
and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.At
least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the
duties of the job and/or completed higher educationPreferred
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work
experienceProject Management Professional (PMP)Experience with
Electronic Health RecordsExperience working with Federal
clientsExpectationsWilling to travel up to 20% of the timeWilling
to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by

of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to
a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is
provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For
employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual
rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment
and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation
accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours
per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not

paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112
