Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead RPA Developer to implement
Robotic Process Automation solutions remotely in the United
States.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate
business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements
into technical automation solutions
Lead and mentor a team of UiPath developers, providing technical
guidance and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions using
UiPath
In-depth knowledge of the UiPath product suite
Proficient in developing reusable, scalable automation frameworks
and workflows
Strong understanding of business process mapping and process
improvement techniques
