Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Leader to oversee
cross-functional teams in delivering UKG HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in executing UKG HCM implementation
projects aligned with business objectives
Oversee a team of technical consultants focused on data
conversions, integrations, and system development
Mentor team members and ensure project milestones and deliverables
are met
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in technical consulting with a focus on UKG
HCM solutions
3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in data
conversions and integrations
Extensive experience with UKG HCM products and their
implementation
Proficiency in integration technologies and programming languages
relevant to HCM systems
