Your Impact
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer I, you will be responsible
for planning, designing, building, and implementing user interface
features that will shape our products. You know what it takes to
build both intuitively usable and highly performant front-end
experiences for customers. Your primary goal is to provide a
delightful user experience with no issues, errors, or downtime. Our
front-end engineers strive for a high degree of user
satisfaction.
The team you will work on is developing a new 0 to 1 product for
Axon.
Axon has led the global effort to protect life through electric
weapons, body cameras, real-time sensors, public safety software
products, and AI tools. Axon is uniquely positioned to tie together
every aspect of an incident in order to help law enforcement
agencies better prepare for what might happen, respond efficiently
and effectively, deliver justice, ensure the well-being of their
officers, and increase the safety of their communities. Working
together with our customers and product teams, you will build the
foundation for Axon's outcome-oriented efforts.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation
is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base
pay for this role is between USD 110,250 in the lowest geographic
market and USD 176,400 in the highest geographic market. The actual
base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function,
training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs,
geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
