Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Advisor to attract
high-quality talent for healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening,
and interviewing candidates
Proactively build candidate pipelines using various sourcing
channels
Consult with management to recommend qualified applicants and
perform compensation analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field,
or equivalent experience
5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a
high-volume environment
Considerable knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding
principles and practices
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking
Systems
Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations
preferred
