Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Contract) to
ensure quality assurance of lessons created by third-party
vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Review curricular content against evaluation checklists and provide
actionable feedback to vendors
Conduct surveys and analyses to ensure program content meets
learner needs
Maintain and improve instructional materials based on existing
metrics and test updated components with users
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional
design
Successful experience on at least 5 projects designing curriculum
for online education
Experience working directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Understanding of adult learning best practices
Comfort using AI platforms to enhance workflows
