responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition and Talent
Experience programs to achieve an outstanding employee experience.
This role supports ongoing program support and administration with
internal and external resources to develop and deliver to a wide
variety of audiences. This role coordinates, communicates and
monitors ongoing engagement opportunities and events in support of
EFE's ongoing commitment to creating and fostering an engaging and
inclusive employee experience.Responsibilities:
- Enable program administration of employee programs that support
the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from
Hire to Retirement.
- Administer WeApplaud recognition program and reporting.
- Be responsible for and support communications for programs and
events.
- Support candidate experience through interview scheduling and
handling a consistent and compliant on-boarding process.
- Provide timely response to employee questions through AskHR,
our employee service portal.
- May facilitate in-person and virtual employee events such as
New Hire Orientation.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent confirmed
experience.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong social skills, including written and verbal
communication.
- Strong client service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritize effectively while staying
organized.
- Must be flexible and a great teammate.
- Can work with minimal direction.
- Attention to detail, ability to coordinate work, and follow-up
skills are essential to the successful performance of position
responsibilities.
- Thorough knowledge of Power Point and Excel.
- Very comfortable with technology and the changing nature of
it.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely
manner.
- Recognizes when issues need to be communicated.
- Can thoroughly research subject matter and organize into a
presentation.
- Position requires high level of responsibility regarding
confidential information; must always maintain
confidentiality.Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based
approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role
nationally is $67,000 - $76,500. However, final base pay will be
carefully determined based on several factors, including
responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience,
geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role
may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such
as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans,
