Job Description:

We're looking for certified home health aides in Westchester County, New York to provide exceptional care for clients.

Duties:
Provide personal care to patients in their homes:

• 
  
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
  
• Assisting with mobility and transfers for patient safety
  
• Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to medical personnel
  
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and families
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
    
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
    
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties
    
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program
    
  • Basic literacy and arithmetic skills
    
  • Age 18 or older
    
  • Driver with a reliable car preferred
