Key Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution around customer growth initiatives
Plan and manage projects focused on user acquisition and
retention
Develop data-driven campaigns to accelerate growth and scale
marketing channels
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of growth marketing experience at a high-growth consumer
startup
Experience building backlog-driven, data-first marketing programs
at scale
2-3 years of direct customer engagement experience in relevant
roles
Familiarity with email marketing, push notifications, and referral
tools
Quantitatively-oriented intellectual curiosity with analytical
skills
