A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead - Large Loss
(Property) to manage significant structural damage claims.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the resolution of property losses across various peril
types
Ensure the team exceeds customer expectations in claims
handling
Guide and mentor a remote team of specialists in large loss
management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in property claim handling with strong
dwelling damage estimating skills
Experience managing structural losses exceeding $100K
Property Adjuster license in relevant states is a distinct
advantage
Familiarity with prominent national property service vendors
Experience handling Large Losses related to wildfire, especially in
western states
