Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Inquiry Supervisor to manage
and lead a team in the medical claims department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 10+ remote claims inquiry
representatives
Handle team performance management, including training,
accountability, and conflict resolution
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and
enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced healthcare
environment
2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ people
2+ years of claims experience
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Teams
