Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Research Lead to strengthen
partnerships with market research clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic research advisor, transforming business
questions into actionable research plans
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Oversee project scope, pricing, and deliverable quality, ensuring
data accuracy and project compliance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of custom market research experience
Minimum 5 years of client-facing research consultation
experience
Proficiency in market research software and Microsoft Office
Suite
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior success managing a portfolio of clients with $500k - $1.5M of
research volume
