We are seeking a Senior Recreation Program Assistant to join our team and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our senior population. Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and their families
• Plan and lead diverse activities suitable for all levels and abilities
• Assist in organizing special events and maintaining recreation program supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a positive atmosphere Requirements:
  • Associate degree in recreation, occupational therapy, gerontology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and a valid driver's license Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed
    • Capable of performing various physical tasks in a senior living environment Miscellaneous:
      • Weekend and holiday work required as assigned
