Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide
support and assistance in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as
needed
Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts
and alarms
Record call details in real-time and maintain accurate customer
information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact
center or healthcare setting
Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer
service software preferred
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as
needed
Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
required
