Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email regarding
products and services
Perform troubleshooting and follow-up testing to resolve customer
issues
Act as the primary support liaison between the company and
residential customers
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service,
telecommunications, or technical support
Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings and
weekends
Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum
speeds
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
