A company is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist
(Bilingual - Spanish & English).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during exit,
new hire, and stay interviews
Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations,
and interests
Uncover important employee observations and organizational
trends
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or
Psychology
Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
Excellent written English skills
Strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation
