LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction and rehabilitation projects for various clients
• Assist the Senior and Associate Architects to deliver services that are responsive to the critical needs of our client agencies
• Work on projects that are budget and deadline driven and require extensive knowledge of building and fire codes, architectural standards
• Drafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phases
• Reviewing design documents and construction estimates
• Assisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings
• Researching products and materials
• Performing constructability reviews

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college is required.
  • Proficiency with 3D Modeling software such as Sketch Up Pro, Rhino 3D Max or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of International and Local Building Codes is a plus
  • Strong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and capability of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasks Our Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.     • Compensation: Minimum: Min: $30./hr. - Max: $40.hr.
