Job Description:
Reports to Senior Assistant Director, Prospect Research. The
Senior Research Analyst focuses on major, principal, and
transformational gift prospect identification for the Division of
Philanthropy, a large fundraising office that raises over $400M
annually in support of cancer research and patient care at
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Senior Analyst also conducts due
diligence research on new and existing donors, ensuring that all
prospects are reputationally and ethically consistent with
Dana-Farber's mission. The Senior Analyst and the Prospect Research
team support the entire Division in reaching financial goals.The
onboarding of this position will include a comprehensive training
process which includes completion of online modules, shadowing
colleagues, and hands-on learning experiences throughout the first
