Supply Chain - Planning Coordinator

Client is a trusted and award winning supplier to Technology, Medical Device, Aerospace and Consumer Products companies that are household names. They continue to grow due to their superior product capabilities and outstanding customer focus. Currently have three (3) Domestic sites and two (2) International sites.

This Supply Chain Planning Coordinator will be the link between the planner and the production supervisor. This role involves creating and maintaining a detailed schedule that balances customer demand, material availability, and machine capacity.

Key responsibilities include
--- Managing the flow of materials to ensure seamless production
--- Swiftly responding to changes in demand
--- Monitoring the execution of the production plan
--- Ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and minimizing downtime
--- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic production environments.
--- Monitors, analyzes, and reports production performance and potential production problems
--- Revises production schedules when required to address labor or material shortages or to accommodate unexpected situations

Qualifications/Requirements
--- Bachelor's Degree preferred
--- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel
--- High sense of urgency and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
--- Strong organizational and analytical skills
