Job Description:

A company is looking for a Repair Service Representative - 1st Shift (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries regarding repairs
Provide repair estimates and manage repair order intake and approvals
Maintain documentation and communicate guidelines effectively with customers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
At least 2 years of professional experience in call center, customer service, or sales support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Oracle and ERP systems
Proficiency with SAP and Service Max is preferred
