Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations
and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global employee relations programs and
processes
Lead internal investigations regarding policy violations and
employee relations matters
Analyze employee relations trends and design interventions to
address issues
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in
employee relations, human resources, or employment law
Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations; global employment
law knowledge is a plus
Experience in the technology industry is strongly preferred
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
Experience in building Employee Relations Centers of Excellence
(COE)
